[LSF] Mesh window fullperm

Lowprim mesh with high LOD.
UV and shadow textures included.
A simple rotation script is included. (fullperm)
1 textured and scripted example included.

The window frame has 2 texture faces.
- main texture for the frame
- shadows around the frame

The 2 windows open/close with touch and have 4 textures faces
- main frame texture
- window handle
- glass
- small invisible face for setting pivot point correct in the mesh

- Included scripts can be used also with transfer or copy permissions (but not both)
