Mesh is an alternative to prim attachments. They are purchased like any other item but you will need to wear an Alpha with them. This attachment is included in your purchase of any mesh item.
You might have to slightly adjust your.shape whenever you buy a mesh item but these changes are fairly minimal.

im wearing with alpha but the mesh is totally weird, the sleeve on the inner side of the elbow is like cracking into the other part of the sleeve, not in the skin but in the sleeve like its 2 separate pieces ehhh, its looks awful. plus the texture seems fine on the pic but upon wearing its blurry. im just glad i didnt buy the full version immediately as i first had in mind.
