This is just the buckle mesh. If you have belts and u just want to change the buckle, you can add this to the belt just by wearing it.

You can do anything with this full perm mesh except sell it as full perm. If anyone wants this mesh as full perm they should buy it from me. So, you can sell it as copy and or modify permissions.
