This house combines the tradition of stone and the modern architecture of container build.
It is made of sixteen 20 ft. containers clinging each side of a strong stone heart.
The mass of the stones will store the heat of the two fireplaces and distillate it slowly along the day to provide you with the best comfort and it is also equipped with an integrated air conditioning system keeping each of the 6 rooms at optimal temperature.
The vegetalized roof will make it blend in the landscape while preserving it from the heat of the sun during the warm season.
It comes fully equipped with interior lights with switches and lockable doors managed by a smart centralized access management (choose exactly and easily who can unlock the doors, owner only, friends of the owner, group members, manually added guests) which can optionally close and lock the doors automatically after a delay if they are left open. It also has a keypad for entering the code for unlocking, should you need to give temporary access to someone you can't or don't want to add as permanent guest.
When they are unlocked, anyone can open or close the doors as long as they are close enough (~ 10m range), which prevents that noisy neighbor to play with them from their home.

2 working fireplaces, touch the glass part of a fireplace to light the fire, it will burn during approximately 90 minutes and slowly die unless you add wood by touching the glass again to add wood and make it live longer.
Air conditioning can be switched on and off by touching the thermostat in the entrance
Each room has it's own lights controlled by switches

Optional reflection probe. Owner can touch and hold the stone floor in the entrance to rez or derez the reflection probe.
