"La Marina" New England Home (BOXED)

The predecessor of this home i built to live in, in SL New England, as my first project. The "La Marina" is the evolution of this first house. I hope, you like it as much as fun making it.

On 15 x 17 Meters + Veranda, you find a groundfloor (2 rooms) and first floor (1 room reachable via stairs).
The wooden home features friendy white & yellow siding, not new but dignifiedly aged and well-cared for. A warm grey shingle roof provides protection from above. Inside, wooden warm tones and paneling give a sense of cared welcome and belonging there, prim and comfy.

Both Floors have fireplaces. The whole build is light and airy, with a charme no longer felt in modern days.

A big covered veranda, accessable via the backdoor provides a place to rest and relax or barbecue and party.

For security i choose the patented AeonVox doors, featuring access lists for multiple levels of access, locking, open/close sounds, smooth operation via built-in lagfree menues.

Still, only 125 Prims - Fits comfily on a normal 1024 m2 parcel with enough prims to furnish.

Included in the deal are 2 fires (4 Prim each) for the fireplaces.

The House, apart from some scripts in the door is copy / mod.

Decoration & Furniture not included.
