This mini kilt is the result of many months of experimenting to get the right look and feel of a real life kilt. While there are still some physics in SL that do not permit total accuracy, I think you'll find this mini kilt as close as you can get with the technology available.
The kilt panels on this mini look like real pleats and the flexi properties are tweaked to appear like heavy wool in their movements. On the ladies' minis, the panels are highlighted to give an extra bit of flare. Also on the mini is a leather belt with celtic embossing in addition to prim buckles. The buckles can be found on the front of the belt and on the side of the mini and also are done in the embossed leather. Only very high quality textures have been used in this mini kilt.
The sporran is sculpted and finished in a variety of ways determined by the colors and pattern of the tartan. It has nano chains, a prim belt and buckles, and sculpted celtic emblems to add to the whole outfit.
The kilt socks have sculpted tops complete with flexi flashes and a prim sgian dubh tucked into the right sock top. The texture on the socks is a knit pattern like in real dress kilt socks.
All prim parts are copy only and come with resize scripts for your convenience. The glitch pants and socks are copy/mod.
