Lady in Red - Carmen (red) - Prom Dress

I'm not sure where the other two reviews came from but my skirt looks like a lump around me and not like in the image at at all. I have another of her dresses and I like it, but the bottom skirt needed to be adjusted and since it's mesh, cannot be moved.
