Ok, so this one we bought to go with the Country Manor, sitting on a small lake next to the the Manor. LI seems low for the level of detail you get but please go and see it inworld. I saw the earlier review of lighting but had no issues at all with my old pc. Furniture can be rezzed in and out as needed and the retreat serves as our CAH/greedy tables area.
Personally i think having great looking builds such as AME's, gives the sim a great wow factor on initial landings and draws people in to look around

Really beautiful build -- easy to rezz, easy to adjust, easy to customize, wonderfully textured and without a ridiculous land impact. Love it!
So many wonderful things
I would love to love this build. There are so many lovely things about it, that it is certainly worth having. I loved the layout, the animations, the beautiful furnishings, but there was one issue that was rather difficult for "me" that may not be a concern to others. That is the materials, the walls were so shiny and bright from the lighting that after awhile it was irritating. The lighting could not be turned off, which was another issue I was not pleased with. Also, as I realise that builders want to show their builds in shadow windlights, it is a false view, there are no baked shadow/lighting in the building. Most of us cannot afford the shadows setting as a normal view. So it is difficult to be sure the depth of texturing is true to the photo's. With that said, again, I will say that the uniqueness and delightful Victorian feel, is something to experience. The furnishing are impeccable. Five stars would go to lights that could be turned off and on...or even auto.
