Lost and never Found Creator
The orb is good but the customer service is pathetic. He never responded to my IM where I needed a redelivery since my orb got lost when the land was sold. I am not sure how one can buy products fand expect a simple query tobe resolve from mute and ignorant creator like him. Grow up ! and piece of advice to whoever is buying it is that get the product and never expect a reslution to be answered.
Its a good product but...
Its a good product and i wish other orbs were this good but it has its very bad downsides, the creator is gone from SL so there is no support, also the orb is no copy, and there is also a no redelivery option, which is awful because if SL bugs out (we all know it does) and the orb disappears. You are pretty much F'ed. You either buy a new one or move on to get another one because of no redelivery, no support, no copy.
My advice is use another one, not this.

I know this is a good product, but the creator is not active anymore, so you on't have any support. You can see this by checking his profile, filled with dead links and looking like it hasn't been updated since 2006.If, by any chance, you lose your orb, it'll be gone forever, you'll need to buy a new one. I already had to buy it twice, now I'm currently looking for a system as solid as this one, but with an active creator. Recommendations are welcome.

I bought this June 21st asked for support never got any .. The Author does not stand behind his product ... I am sure it is as good as any other Security Orbs.. No support I asked for money back never got a response for that ..
Don't waste your money unless you don't need any support !
Cannot remove orb from rezz box, only copies notecards into inventory.
Rezz it and there's a free gift message flashing that won't let you take the orb, just keeps coping the same info into inventory. Can't rate the orb because I can't remove it from the package. Will add review of product if we can find a way to use it. ( no info that applies on web page or in notecards)
