This mirror has a separate prim for the glass with a soft gradient texture, mirror edge reflection baked in and a glass like shine.
The idea of a seperate glass prim is so you can change the color of it subtly, without changing the frame, most effective for harmonizing the mirror with your room decor colours. It's also to get the shine on the glass without effecting the frame.
