Large Stone & Wood Rustic Pavilion (Yes, it's modifiable and copy!)
A great size! Measures 25m x 25m at the base. Can hold 9 Greedy sized table games nicely. Could have so many uses... would hold a DJ set up and still have a great area for dancing or get out of that stale dungeon and create an outdoor play area, or maybe an outdoor oasis just for relaxing and socializing. This item is modifiable but if you increase the size, it could increase the land impact.

Look, this is exactly what it says it is...a large stone and wood pavilion. I used it to house my gaming tables, and it was perfect for that! I will admit that it's not the most visually appealing building, but it served my needs. Would I use it for a party venue? No...Not at all! But for something to just define a gaming zone? It's perfect.
IDK what the other person's problem is, but this IS MOD
And 1LI for under 100L this deserves much more than just 5 stars. You can modify it to suit your own taste (I changed most all the textures, and made it a bit smaller) but the LOD is great so you see it perfectly from even far away. Thank you!!

After reading a previous review, I almost don't buy this product. I decided to IM the creator to ask for this matter since the description says it is modifiable. Very fast response.
About the Pavilion I can say I'm impressed about the strong LOD&Quality of it. All for just one prim. You can adjust it as you wish since (I'll repeat) it is modifiable =).
Looks good, but no Modify really?...
It looked great for what we were gonna use it for, but I wanted to remove the floor. Could not do that because it is no modify that is just silly. Why is it no mod?
Just because of that 1/5 stars, if it was modifiable it's 5/5 easily.
