Larsson Ultimate Lake Time Pontoon For Fun With Friends! Version 8.7

Pontoon motor boats are very popular. Lifestyle wise, they are highly enjoyable way to enjoy a wide range of activities on water.

This is Version 8.7 released June 12, 2022.

Seats for 9 passengers along with operator. Each seat has own loop animation, and operator's loop is one I made for this boat. Testing in Sirens Isle region of Blake Sea found we easily traveled with 9 or more passengers (please see photo took that day). We crossed region borders with all on board several times, always easily returning to Sirens Isle region even with over 20 other active residents and their associated watercraft already in region. Capacity is likely to be more than 9 passengers. All seats can be individually adjusted using AV Sitter menu.

In addition to seating there are four dance positions on deck, three fishing positions, and one diving position! To fish, stand on one of three fish icons on deck and touch red cooler for a fishing rod to be held by your left hand. Fishing animation on pontoon has very realistic casting style and cranking action. Or, if you own one of the SL fishing games use that pole and HUD. Operator can also choose to fish or dance.

For guest to dive, operator must key "board" in chat and diving board will slide out from bow. Diver stands on diving board to dive. Animation loop is graceful back flip dive. Diver floats under water and can stand on diving board to be automatically placed back on diving board to dive again if desired or walk back on deck.

Notice two puppies, touch to make visible or invisible. Touch life preserver to hear dogs give a friendly bark.

Water speed is governed by a nine speed outboard style engine so you can travel at reasonable speeds appropriate for a pontoon boat of this size. Speed ranges from 3 up to full speed ahead at 21 knots. Reverse is set at 3 knots. Use on-screen jump up and crouch down arrows on your viewer or the page up and down keys on your keyboard to change the speeds. There is private chat message telling you gear numbers as you change.

You will hear outboard motor start-up sound when taking controls. Then motor idle sound begins. Motor underway sound is heard whenever you go into forward or reverse. Motor sound ends when operator stands off controls.

Operator can also key "stop" and "start" in chat or private /3 chat to stop and restart motor anytime.

Steering has been adjusted so as to avoid quirky over sensitivity and give you feeling of steering a pontoon boat. Little turning taps in a sequence give most realistic turning performance. The outboard motor smoothly rotates port to starboard as you turn directions AND ship's steering wheel also rotates to same degree at same time.

There is both water spray and propeller turbulence from propeller on outboard motor when it rotates. You will also notice gentle spray suggesting a bow wave near front of each of transverse floats. For realism spray only appears when you move in water and if you come to a stop spray also stops.

Key an "h" if you have to sound an emergency warning, or a "b" if you wish to signal a friendly beep-beep.

Key "on" or "off" in chat to make the sun umbrella visible or invisible.

Key "board" in chat to extend the diving board. The board can also serve as a boarding plank if desired. And, of course, if you are in a pirate mood people can just step off to walk the plank.

You can key these commands either in open chat or privately using channel 2 and also 3. For example "/2b" will beep the horn.

Notice also dance on deck feature. Guests can stand on one of four color-coded dance spots on deck to enjoy. Have a dance party anytime.

Notice there are proper red and green navigation lights as well as a white stern light on stern railing near the preserver. Touch NAV light button on top of control stand to turn navigation lights on if you are operating just before sunset until sunrise. Touch again to turn them off.

There are also two advanced lighting system spotlights at bow. Touch yellow button on controls column to turn lights on or off. Be sure you activate advanced lighting in your viewer graphics preferences to use this feature.

For scuba divers, there is also and advanced lighting system light directed downward for underwater illumination of the sea floor and any objects or divers there. Touch diver light button to use this feature.

This vessel has many scripted features and so is sold as copy only. Touch black Larsson logo on driver's pedestal if you need to rescale watercraft larger or smaller. Blue resize menu will appear on your viewer screen.
