Growing up on the farm, I had plenty of experience seeing old tractors in the fields and watching farmers enjoying driving their old tractors at nearby tractor ride festivals. So, to honor all the hard working farmers everywhere, I thought I should add this carefully made riding tractor to my product offerings. It is authentic looking and drives very well. I am delighted to offer it.
The over the farm fields and open road speed is controlled with a seven-speed transmission (gear speed) so you can can choose to travel at reasonable speeds according to field and road conditions. Use the onscreen motion controls jump up and crouch down to change gear speed, or use keyboard fn and up/down arrows also.
Importantly, this tractor uses my own scripts uniquely written by me. No other SL vehicle makers offer my unique vehicle script and wheel scripts.
The steering quickness of this tractor has been adjusted carefully so as to avoid quirky over sensitivity, yet allowing you to turn quickly when you need to. This allows for a more normal tractor driving feel, yet the turning radius is sharp so you can get out of small spaces more easily.
The tendency many SL vehicles to fly or flop over has been damped in the design of this vehicle to help you stay on the road and upright. If you find yourself off-road somewhere just increase your gear speed to move out of the ditch or ravine. You should have no problems mastering this unless you have encountered truly extreme terrain somewhere.
This tractor contains a resize script so you can easily adjust the size of the vehicle to your liking. Just touch the tractor to get the resize menu on your viewer screen, Feel free to contact me if you need your seating position adjusted. I will be happy to do this for you. I made the driver sit animation myself so you sit on the tractor seat and your hands reach to the steering wheel and your feet are on the control pedals below.
To help get you started, the notecard instructions include some landmarks to Rez Zones along mainland highways where you can rez your tractor for tractor rides in many roads and nearby terrain conditions.
Once you are underway you can begin finding other new and fascinating roads and highways all over the mainland. The road ahead seems endless and there are always new buildings, and shops, and cafes, and gas stations, and vistas to discover on your tractor rides.

This tractor is superb and was just what I wanted. It drives really well, at a sensible speed and manoeuvrers superbly. If there were a 10 star rating I would give it.
The detail is excellent, and the price makes it very good value.
The re-size script means you can adjust the tractor to your avi size too.
