The Lauren Valley home is a medium sized family home in a colonial design. The front covered porch leads to a large and open living room which can he used as two spaces if you so desire. From this area, a staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a large master bedroom with window dormers and plenty of room for both a bed and bathroom area. There is a second bedroom on this floor as well.

Returning to the ground floor, two large sets of refurbished barn doors lead you from the front area to a large rear living space. Here, you could easily add a kitchen and dining area and use the tile room for dining or as a sun room. There is also a space for a powder room under the stair case. Two french doors also lead you outside to a stone mesh patio.

Includes double hung windows that open when touched (excluding the dormer windows.)

The house control system offers menu controlled:

❖ Security - Allows the owner to add avatars to one of two classes of users: 1) Those who have access to the house controls and land parcel; and 2) Those who are permitted access to the land parcel, but will not have the ability to control house features;

❖ Lockable Exterior Doors;

❖ Working fireplace in the living room;

❖ Media controls for radio and tv (you provide the URL's) and the ability for you to store your favorite media URL's in the house system for continued use;

❖ A teleport feature which allows you to store SLURL's to your favorite SL destinations and teleport to them by using the house control system; and a

❖ Customizable security system;

The home rezzes using a reliable rezz system - instructions included.
