The Temp rezzer allows you to change objects that have "copy & mod" permissions into temporary objects which don't use any of your lands prim allowance. Since temporary objects automatically delete in about 1 minute, the temp rezzer rezzes the object repeatedly every 55 seconds to make a seamless transaction.
This is great for anyone who wants to add extra prims to a small parcel.
Works perfect
I don't think you can say much more. It does exactly what its advertised for and at the price it is hard to beat. Easy to use, simple set up, just fire and forget!
