Less Enchanted Waterfall Land Divider ~ Blues

Magically enchanted waterfall land divider for the most magical home or club!

There are 2 other versions of this one is max enchanted, and the other is minimal (see related items below.)

This can look VERY different depending on the windlight and settings being used, since some of the textures used are PBR.

Also, there's a lot of "movement" in this piece, so pictures can not do this justice, so be sure to grab the demo!

I have decided to let go of my land in world. It's just not a good investment anymore.
