All round usefulness, i'd give it four stars. ****
Mesh, about a two star. **
I say this because of the seperate parts you have to modify to put into place/size. (clip-male, clip-female, straps, strap holder, accent tubing, logo badge, vest main) etc.
I would NOT recomend this to anyone who is either new to SL or new to the SL editing menu.
Because...
A: If you get it wrong and really muck things up. Theres no copying from the original item.
B: If you accidently delete the item... uh oh, thats it then...
C: You change the main vest texture? Oh no, you won't be seeing that again..
Don't really understand the idea of it being non-copy and transfer. Specially once you've played with the sizes and positions of the linked items.
Who is going to realistically want something that a plonker (like myself) has fiddled with and fitted it to a very specific body type.
Sadly the only vest on the market with a low margin for error in regards to avatar shape.
But each to their own
