About Non Rigged Mesh:

Mesh that is NOT "rigged" means it will move the way normal or sculpty prim attachements do. You CAN resize it, unlike rigged mesh. So you can get it to fit your shape with some tweaking via the Edit menu. It resizes as one whole piece, not separate prims-you cannot separate the hair strands from it.

If it does not fit you, you can try:
1. Wear the Head Alpha texture provided.
2. Wear the Hair Base
3. Right click on the hair and choose Edit. You can move it around with the arrows that pop up. You can also scale it up or down as needed by choosing "Stretch" as the option instead of "Move" from the edit menu. Click on the boxes around the hair that pop up to resize.
4. You can also always alter your head shape a little. This would most likely be the Forehead angle, or Head Shape, but you can try other sliders too.
