Lighthouse Steampunk/Victorian with ample living space

Because of the popularity of this Lighthouse I have decided to set the price to L$ 499 instead of L$ 1499. Thank you all for buying this build, having worked on it for months and noticing so many people like it, it was all worth it. :-)

This fully functioning lighthouse with ample living space is packed with details, animations and sounds. A fully functioning, realistic elevator with elevatorcar (scripted by a professional scripter exclusive for -=Orchid Creations=-, ensuring low to no scriptlag) will take you to each floor, except the dungeon which is accessible through a narrow staircase, leading down from the basement.

The Lighthouse interior is built in a subtle blend of Victorian and light Steampunk style, only crisp and high quality textures are used to make your SL living experience as satisfying as possible.

The lighthouse is situated on a small rocky island, makeshift wooden stairs and ramps lead up to the entrance.
When entering the Lighthouse you will hear various sounds, ranging from the creaking sound of the cogwheels in the basement to the hissing of steam blowing off at several places in the tower, and the crackling sound of fire in the fireplace and, of course..the beautifully sculpted steam engine. All the sounds can be switched on and off, btw.
Adding to this, animations....yes, you will see things moving, turning, sliding....the radar on the roofpeak, the rotating light in the lighthouse itself (controlled by moving a lever at several positions in the building). The humongous wooden shaft going all the way up from the dungeon to the rotating lamp, the gears, the steam engine, escaping steam, smoke from the chimney, the fire in the fireplaces, the elevator car travelling between floors, etc.
For quick moving between floors a convenient teleporting system is also included.
The bookcabinet in the basement, and the book on the desk in the basement offer books (notecard format) when clicked, for you to read.

The build itself is fully modifyable, except the scripts and sounds, so you can adapt it to your own taste, should you wish that. It is also copy enabled, but no transfer. It comes in a convenient rez-box so set up is as easy as it can get. I have used as many sculpted parts as possible to reduce the prim count. The rezbox will show the contents as not modifiable, but that is because the scripts in the prims are no mod, the Lighthouse itself is.

Please, after rezzing the Lighthouse, read the included notecard, it is important for the elevatorcar to function properly.
