I bought this item and this was the second one I bought. First one I liked shape but really was looking for a face like this so bought it to get the styling card...this was after I highly recommend this shop to others as I thought the first shape with styling card was so good. I got it and it looked nothing like this. I wrote creator asking if she could help me or refund my money as it looked really far off. She asked when I bought it and it had just been purchased. I was told she doesnt have time to learn girls to dress their avatars. I was like wowwww. I am by far not new to SL...I just wanted the look that she advertised in her pics as the styling card is supposed to do I thought. I did take a pic via Gyazo to show her. She did return my money which was appreciated. I had read alot of kind reviews which is what made me make my purchases as to where she really helped people. I am hoping that I just imed her on an off day. Although this was a bad experience, I will say that the Ivy Shape which I purchased was beautiful and the styling card did make her look like the pic.
