It's so easy. Here's the steps:
1) Wear this fishing rod (it will take just a minute to load).
2) Click on it when within 30m of a Fish Hunt Buoy.
3) Wait to see what you catch! It may take a few attempts to start catching something worth L$ but very quickly you'll be gaining experience points and earning more each time.
4) Teleport to the HQ and click on one of the ATMs to claim your earnings.

Magic Rod
this rod is not worth the money, does not work
you drink the potions no fire or recast I know of others that are having the same problem
so do not spend your money on this pole ..also the creator will not im you back with any help
Finally I get it
after 5 months fishing I get this magic rod, I hope it worths the money
Finally purchased
Finally managed to purchase this rod. Love the xp rate I get for the fishing. Animations are more realistic for casting as well and I don't look silly when I cast or anything and it returns you to your original position after casting as well especially if you are sitting down, more natural that way.
As of today, it is still the best rod
As of the date of this post, this is the best rod. It gives the most XP currently possible
