This pack now includes the sign with WELCOME on the lettering area for those that don't have graphic's programs.
This house sign can be used in either direction.
It is NOT scripted. The texture is included so that you can add whatever text you like using your graphics program-- either side or both with separate text for each area if you choose.
Actual texture is 1024 x 1024.

A very nice addition to any house, Linden or otherwise! 1 land impact, super good looking and only 50 lindens. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to either put a family name to a house or for signs in any situation.
