This was very easy to set up. Drop in place, click sides & water to change colors & textures. And the low Land Impact is a HUGE plus for me! And the price....wonderful!

Very nice looking item
Fits my parcel perfectly, its nice that it's on the side window. That leaves lots of room on the back and front porches. Fits perfectly into the LL textures. Nice low prim. I like that it has the "columns" option (up on stilts like the houses) so it can be used over water or on land if you dont use the columns. Well thought out and easy to place. Thanks to the creator for a nice low prim pool. :)
