Little Spring Log Cabin(185LI, 20x23)

This 2 and a half storey log cabin is 185 land impact and has an area of 20x23.
It has a long front and back porch, and an open space living, dining and kitchen area. Upstairs, the landing is large enough for a family area. There are 2 bedrooms.
The open loft above can be turned into a kids' bedroom/play area. Huge windows let in the lights.
I have also included the landscaping. There is a little stream meandering among the pine trees. With the landscaping, the set up is 370 land impact on a 55x45 area.
This house would be perfect on a mountain or next to a lake. It would also make a great beach house. This would make a good skybox too.
As usual, my houses are copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod.
