Perhaps I am being a bit unkind with my ** score but that is partly to balance out some other reviews which rate this loco much too high imo.
There is little chance of scripting it to make it work on tracks. (I hoped I could). So that makes its only use as an ornament but the land impact is far too high for that.
Much of the detail like the wheels and mechanism are just painted on, trompe l'oeil. I can't see anything that accounts for the high LI.
