Log Cabin House: The "Redwood" Log Home WITH FURNITURE (225 prims) (fits 1024sqm land)
This is a step up from my previous log cabin, the Cozy Timbers. This is The Redwood, a luxury log cabin made with the same innovative sculptie techniques that make the Cozy Timbers so detailed and yet so efficient on prims. The Redwood log cabin in all its detail and size takes only 115 prims.
It is designed to fit square 1024sqm or bigger parcels with a 32x32 meters footprint. It comes fully furnished, with dinner table, coffee tables, rugs, rustic sofas and chairs with multiple poses, lamps, kitchen furniture (counters, pots, sink), iron stove, a jacuzzi with room for four, bedroom furniture, love/cuddle beds, wall decorations and more, all adding up to 110 prims of high quality sculptie furniture that would cost you more to buy separate than buying it in this bundle package. Also included are many unique items you can't buy separate.
115 prims doesn't sound impressively low for a house, but you'll change your mind when you see the level of detail in this cabin. The walls are not textures, every log is there. It would take about 500 regular prims to make a house like this! As for the furniture, SculptyWorks pioneered ultra-low prims furniture and decoration. The items that come with this house are as low prims as it gets!

This log cabin comes with lockable doors, privacy mode windows, and fireplaces already with firewood in it ready to be lit.
And because I couldn't decide which one I liked best when I made it, you get two versions: One with dark red logs and another, the 'standard', with lighter logs.

Wonderful Cabin!
This wonderful cabin is big, yet it doesn't take a up a lot of space on your lot. You'll be amazed at the detail and creativity that went into this cabin. After seeing it here, I visited the cabin in-world, and bought it instantly. It's a little on the expensive side, but no more expensive than any other nice and well-built home. The creator, Ashtyn Ninetails, was also super helpful in resolving my problem with a lost rezbox when SL swallowed up one of my backup cubes. BUT BE CAREFUL! Ashtyn is 100% correct when she says that if you start unlinking items and moving them around, your land impact will be affected. So try not to unlink/move anything if you can help it. Add things if you'd like. But leave what's there.. there. All things considered, this is a purchase I am 100% glad I made.
