Welp. This item is no mod. And yes, it does say that - BUT this means that the tree is connected to the swing (?) and you can't unlink it to apply it anywhere else, nor change textures on this tree that looks like it fell through a high-contrast rainbow before it hit the ground. Be aware - the tree is NOT in the ad photo. ♥ I took a chance, and my chance crashed and burned.
