Low prim home on 512 land

a low impact starting home or it can be used for a lot of things...the whole thing uses only 38 of your landimpact an so it leaves a lot left over in the 117 prims aloud in most 512 parcels..has a nice little garden with plants in it on the side of the house an planters in front of the house there is a door included it is in the contents tab in the edit menu grab it an drop an rez the door in world then just edit into place :D...it is a 2 story it has a nice size loft I left it with out stairs so the new owner can add a ramp to save prim or a nice staircase instead its up to u what to do with it :)
