Bought this Feb 11 2023.
It has a resize script in it so just click it and do that. Edit menu will allow for re-positioning.
The item comes in a bag that you click to unpack.
Very happy.

Good design and cheap gift, but cannot resize it smaller, so impossible to adjust it on neck

This is a beautiful necklace. Although it can not be resized, you can still move it via edit to get it close to fitting. Is it perfect, no but I have seen far worse pieces for far more Linden that you cant resize or edit. I highly recommend.
