First off, you have to have it ''Full bright'' which you don't really want as it does not look that food in daylight.
Then it's not an ''on/off'' switch(this would have been too simple). You get a menu from which you select on or off and that menu switches the background texture.

So there is no light at all, just a bigger or smaller ''Full bright'' background prim.
