Step-by-Step Guide: How to Get a Google Gemini API Key

1. Go to Google AI Studio
- Visit https://aistudio.google.com/
- Sign in with your Google account

2. Select or create a project
- Click the project dropdown menu in the top-left
- Choose an existing project or click "New Project"

3. Generate your API Key
- Click "Get API Key" (in the sidebar or top-right)
- Select "Create API Key in new project" or pick an existing project
