Lunar Cycle Amusement Park Thrill Ride

The items description clearly states in the picture of what is for sale COPY MOD AND TRANSFER FULL PERMISSIONS and when i bought this today the package came in my inventory recieved folder as Lunar Cycle Ride Box 1.3 and inside that folder is the rezzer called Lunar Cylce Rezzer (no copy) (no modify) so i drag the rezzer to the ground and do not rezz in case i lose everything if rezzed for being no copy, i click open and i can see the seats, clouds, earth (no modify) and then the actual Lunar Cycle Gentle Ride 1.2 rezzer and that too is (no copy) (no mod) so where is the full permissions that were being sold with this purchase ?

Well i rezzed it out anyway, and in the base is a no copy script called CONTROLLER and is why it is no copy, everything else im able to take copy or can be rezzed but the round base for the ride is NO COPY cause of the CONTROLLER SCRIPT and the base is no longer in the rezz box as it is NO COPY, please fix this and resend it to me please and i will be glad to change my review and listed below is what the pop up message says when i goto derezz the lunar cycle :
