First I will say the outfit is definitely cute, but that is rarely ever an issue. Unfortunately it is constructed in a manner which is not at all suitable for Second Life.

We'll start with the bralette, it comes in at a very acceptable 17,580 triangles, which is in the ideal range for a single article of clothing, well done! The VRAM usage however is another story coming in at 38MBs which is much too high. To make matters worse all of the textures are 1024x1024, including the strap texture, which could have easily been 1/4th that and resulted in the same visuals. The lace fringe texture also wastes half the UV map, meaning 2MBs of literal blank space get loaded in for no reason other than poor UV mapping. Adding to that, there are two mirrored textures wasting large amounts of the UV when they could have been combined into a single texture, or even better, the UV halved (textures do not have to be square), and simply have both sections use the SAME texture but with a mirrored UV.

Next up there's the leggings, their triangle count comes in at 128,718, which is around 100,000 triangles higher than any pair of leggings should be. Their VRAM usage is a more managable 21MBs, but that's still not good considering the UV pratices going on here. There are two textures for what look to be the side stripes that waste 95% of the UV map, each. Again textures can be non-square, so these could have easily been something like a 128x512 to get the equivalent amount of visual detail for just a few kb worth of memory. Instead, we get two 1024x1024s totaling 8MBs, with most of that memory usage gone to filling your VRAM with more literal blank space. Pure waste.

Last we have the sweater using 163,153 triangles, ugh. This triangle count far exceeds what any single attachment should ever remotely use and is under no circumstances anywhere near acceptable. The VRAM usage comes in at 42MBs, which, again, is far too high, and of course it uses excessive 1024s.
