Luxurious Regency Mansion
You get 2 versions in 2 separate rezzers. One with just the ground and first floor (200 prims). The other with the two lower floors, the pool and ballroom added (280 prims grand total). Plus a 'land-surround' in 2 styles (sand and grass) and 2 lovely hand made statues. You will need to terraform to use the lower 2 floors and I am happy to help with this. Please see photo for other details. This is almost a Palace made from RL experience of John Nash's Architecture.

Great value for a great dwelling
This is truly a great build, plenty of detail, easy to rez and so many extras.. all for L$550. I am really pleased with it as well with other items I bought from this builder before. In addition to that, Bambi is always so helpful if anything is needed which is a great bonus indeed.
