Mesh Beach Cover Dune
If your Parcel or Half Sim has grass ,well here is a Solution ,for make it Sand ,a Beach Cover ,you have to terraform like the Dune is so it fits well to the Ground.
Has only 2 Li is full Walkable and comes with UV Map.

This mesh walkable surface is awesome! Extremely useful when parcels on sims need a beach! And only 17 prims at full size 64x64x64. (Ok, don't think anyone would use it to that height, but I tested at that size.) Full Perm and Price Incredible. Lost 3stars of 10☺ (potentially!) because this really needs inner and outer corner shapes and rounded to match for more variety. (Geezo, I'd pay BIG MONEY if that was available!) But still, 5 BIG Linden Stars because this is, again, AWESOME! Buy It.
