* M^2 * Japanese corner shop building (COPY/MODIFY/MESH/BOXED)
The latest construction of M^2 is a Japanese corner house with a a little shop on the ground floor. Everything with fine details. It has a Japanese style but since it is COPY + MODIFY you can customized it to your needs (that includes of course also to alter the textures. Like that you can change it from Japanese style and give it e.g. a French touch). It has a tiny foot print of 5 x 5 m and a LI of 14. So it could be used also as a back drop.
The shop can be used, the upper floor is not.
