Perfect build!
I love the details of this house. Low land impact, grimy paint inside, to the bars on the windows and the awesome old screen door in front. I hope the creator makes more of these! It's great for my small urban neighborhood build.
Great little ghetto house.
This was exactly what I was looking for. It's grungy, worn and dirty. Low prim and you can mod it to suit your needs. I've been through a few small houses and this checks all the boxes.
