[MAGIC NOOK] Summer Vine (a variety of 1-prim sculpted shapes!)

Summer vine works best when rezzed against solid (opaque) backgrounds. This is due to SL glitch that causes transparent objects to appear in wrong order on your screen (so called alpha sorting problem). I'm sure you noticed it before on prim plants, hair, textured glasses etc. It is a problem that only Linden Lab can solve for SL, and while it's still there, there's not much any designer can do to remove it from their designs. However with sculpties it is possible to control (to some extent) where the alpha glitch would appear. That's why I am providing you with additional corner prims that have alternate alpha sorting (they are marked as 'Alternative'). Using them you can place the alpha glitch on the sides of your porch, and not the front (for example), because sides usually are not that often looked at. However I know it is great to have vines climbing over a pergola - so what to do? I would recommend using wall type prims (they are marked as 'Wall') - you will use twice as many prims as you would use with the corner ones, but it is less likely to encounter alpha glitching among them. You have to be aware though that they may cause alpha glitching with other transparent items, just like any other SL plant.
