[MALO] C02 Hair - Natural

I specifically sought out moddable hair so that I could apply my own textures to it, and this seemingly fit the bill. However, ONLY the unrigged version is moddable, and it doesn't say anywhere in the product description that the rigged hair is no-mod. Yes, I know you can't move/resize rigged mesh, but that isn't the only way to mod something, I wanted to retexture it. Now I'm stuck using the unrigged version. I tried to contact the creator to see if I could get a moddable version of the rigged hair but I got no response.
