I really love how the head looks. No complaints there. It's very cute. Eyes are expressively large enough and the shape is generally pleasant with some room options for adjustments. Though, I have my nitpicks.

HUD - The HUD is simply bad. It is very clunky and has needless animations for flipping through different tabs. Controls are spread all over the place and make changing any settings a chore, especially if you happen to hang in a laggy sim. On the positive side, there's plenty to adjust and change.

Size - Most heads you can buy can't be resized to be big enough. Want a slightly bigger avatar? Got to make do with a really tiny head. This head has that same issue.

Ears - I'm spoiled by seamless products these days. While the ears that come with the head are not bad and can easily be replaced with something else if needed, the overall look, unless you cover the head with a full bush of hair, may vary.

Details - The head comes with an option to toggle a thicker lower lip, it's not that much bigger than not having it and when it's toggled off, you hardly notice a difference. But, if you're an avid user of tongue positions, you'll probably notice sooner or later that using some of the tongue positions clips through the lower lip. Once again, not a huge deal, but a small annoyance is an annoyance nevertheless. That is unless I have messed up some particular settings, slider or something else somewhere that's causing this.

Other than the above, I think it's a very fine head, one of the better ones out there and works for a plethora of different species with proper texturing.

I love this head, and it's SO cute, but it's lacking in a few points mentioned by others. First and foremost, the hud needs some work... It's a bit of a clunky menu, and needs a few more options, for example~ A tail deformer! I've run into an issue a few times where the tail it outwards just a bit too much, and with no way to push it further into the body. It'd be great if there were some more options for the tail position, or even one built into the HUD.

With that, I can give this a solid three stars.

My favorite fur head ♥

A very lovely and well made head. Beautiful shape and design, a unique appearance among the canines.

While the head is indeed gorgeous, the HUD coming with it is the opposite.
The HUD is not comfortable to use and for someone who often changes expressions for their avi, is a huge issue.
Eye, mouth and ears are on separate tabs in the HUD, and whenever you change between tabs, there is a slow transmission is played.

If it was not bad enough, controlling eye states and mouth states are happening between a cycling system, instead of a choose which one you need system.
So, if your eyes are closed, you need to cycle through all states till it is opened.
Or, if your maw is frowning, you need to cycle through all other states in sequence to get to the smirk.

Wish the HUD was more user-friendly.

Not only is this product great, but the customer service shown to me has exceeded any that Ive ever experienced in SL. I wanted to try doing something with my avi, and despite it not being a problem with the product, this person took the time to help me accomplish what I was trying to do. I couldn't be more grateful for the help and with this purchase. <333 10 stars if I could.

Note: Personally, I have had zero issues with the HUD. My only small complaint would be that you can only minimize it to the left bar, instead of minimizing the entire thing down to one button. The HUD itself is self explanatory, and its easy to navigate. The idle animations are super slick, and I cant get enough. :3

Every time I log in or switch outfits, the head goes back to the default giant nose and chin and sometimes the eyes are all the way open. The tongue goes through the bottom lip. I have to keep reopening the hood every time I'm on and fix everything. Otherwise it's great. Works well with BOM and customization is nice! I'm hoping if there is an update, these will be fixed. :(
