Why just taking 1 building with a LI of 90, when you can have 8 different ones for the the same amount on a 80 meter long Japan based scenery? Because it doesn't exist? Well, it does NOW!
This is the sixth part of this scenery. All parts come on a 7 x 10 m foot print on a side walk. You can put them together to build up a street.
Here you find an old Japanese wall with a beautiful Sakura tree in front to be used as back drop. Like all buildings it has COPY + MODIFY permissions and a LI of just 14. Thanks to COPY you can extend the wall to your needs and together with scenery part #5 you can add a perfect matching gate to it.
