The object is COPY and MOD, the script is copy only, however if you are not an expert builder I would not recommend any modification.
Before any modification, make a copy of the object in your inventory (back-up copy).
The fireplace is 2 prims at the given size. Making it bigger will increase the Li count.
The fireplace comes in 2 version, rustic and polished.
