This guitar has an exceptional selection of songs with beautiful production of the renditions of it's music. The selection and value together bring this to the absolute peak of musical options in SL for individual items.

Very few items at a price of free offer this much value, or the feeling that it should have been charged for.

Give it a shot if you find it interesting, it's a great choice.

Where to begin with this one?
For starters, it's free, and for the high quality, it probably shouldn't be!
This introductory version contains a single song to show off the quality you can expect from the added song packs, a nice guitar mesh and a solid animation to go with it for the staggeringly unreasonable price of $0, complete with mod permissions to customise as you please. It's essentially a base item/demo in one, without removing your ability to customise or check out the features.

Additional songs are also available in their own individually purchased packs that fit right in to the base guitar with no issues (just follow the instructions to add them), so unlike with a lot of other SL instruments, you're not paying an upfront cost to be frontloaded with a ton of songs you don't want, you can pick and choose or buy the whole lot if you want.
I won't bore you with all the features already stated in the item listing, but can confirm they work great, especially for the quantity of songs you can end up with if you buy the extra packs to expand the list. Built in search function, and all the menu options you'd want from an item like this.
More to the point, the quality of the songs themselves. After listening to a couple I realised these weren't just, random guitar covers lifted from youtube like you might see elsewhere. Every song looks to be an indivually composed cover for the item itself, so an incredible amount of work has gone into the various song packs you can buy for this, where if you get them all you end up with literally hundreds of songs to choose from and play through this guitar, and every cover sounds absolutely fantastic since they're custom-made covers specifically for this guitar.
Modular, user friendly, and high quality, with optional expansion packs to pick and choose from to suit your musical tastes. If you like to perform music in SL, whether as a modern guitarist or a wandering bard, this is probably the best item you can get!
