This cart is 1 driver( 1 passenger+1 horse=2 people) for small horses , 1 driver+1 passenger + 1 horse (3 people) for medium to big horses and comes at a Landimpact of 11 to 13.
The decorative carts are 8 to 10 LI.
It is optimized for Teegle horse avatars , but should work with every other horse avatar as well, if you adjust the carts.

To Keep things as low lag as possible I did not add a security script to the carts.

I made the Rebel carts to replicate a RL everyday horsecart.
A robust metal frame , some wider wheels and compact size make it a suitable modern cart for every ground.
The models vary a little according to the different sizes of the horses pulling them. The taller ones have additional stabilization beams, mud protectors; the large ones even come with an additional step for easier climbing.
