These whips are meant to be worn as decoration only, to complete the looks when driving a horse cart in SL. They do not contain further scripts except the holding grip.
I point out explicitly that I am not into beating on any animal , but I see a whip as elongation of your arm when driving a cart or as replacement for your leg when riding sidesaddle.
A whip is not there to beat on your horse , but to enhance the communication due to touches where your extremities as rider end.
