It is exactly what I was looking for. Great (low, but decent) level of detail I needed for my place, perfect distances and prim count. Better than all other products of this kind I've tried.
The only thing is it is grungy - and it kinda imposes the style of everything around. But it was exactly the style I was after.

This was worth the money
These are great and were easy to stretch and resize to fit all the way around the perimeters of my section of land, instant grunge atmosphere.
Good Kit
A little on the pricey side, however these do include detailed and less detailed variants of which the higher detail ones take more time and effort to create. Maybe these two versions should be sold separately as I personally only used the low prim versions for my build and I imagine most other people use them as low prim fillers too.
Here is the best part, link 4 of them together and they have a land impact of 2 instead of 4, 3 if one of the selected items is the one with the stairs which would make for a total of 5 you can actually unlink to make a 13th variant.
