I bought it and it came in. I equipped it and it just surrounded my avatar in a cube with the preview picture. I tried everything I could to figure it out, but no dice, so I have to assume it came in not unpackaged and I wasted my money. Please explain to me what I should do if I'm missing something, otherwise I'd like my money back. Thanks
