Thank you for your interest in the Oasis Land Mass. We hope you choose this lovely addition for your landscaping. This land mass was created for those who either don't like terraforming or who simply do not have the ability to terraform but want something landscaped to include some water and land curves, a cave and other landscaped features as indicated.
The Oasis Land Mass is copy/mod which means you can make it any size you need but be aware that if you reduce the size too much, the cave may be unusable for most avatars and oddly enough, the land impact may actually increase. We'll leave it to you to decide how to use your new piece of land.
The water has two layers of animated water textures to give you a more realistic water effect. The top layer also includes a sound script that you can modify via a menu. Simply touch the pond and you will have a menu that gives you many options to help tailor the sound scheme to suit your land needs. For example, it includes volume control and directional control. The directional control allows you to cut off sound in any direction you do not want it to play and you may also control the distance it plays. We hope you enjoy your purchase!
