You need the official viewer or any other in beta that contains these settings to be used.
Includes day, afternoon and midnight settings.
You can edit them as you like, from the sun, moon positions and clouds.

Can't beat it for the price, glad someone did this.
Pretty good effect, not a true recreation because of the obvious shader reasons, but a good enough 'inspired' sky while keeping the clouds very minimalist and clean.
