MINIMAL - Bakery Backdrop

I bought this under the pretense of using it in a town-build I'm working on for a full sim. However, in my haste to make purchases and get work done I failed to see this item is no modify. I reached out to the creator asking if I could purchase a modify version and they were more than swift to respond but also gave me the modify version like I asked for! Now my town build can be complete and truly put together how I need, The store owner was incredibly kind and the item itself has wonderful textures with pleasant baked lighting. The low land impact means a sturdy and beautiful build that doesn't take up much LI usage. Love it so much I bought some other stand alone buildings from this store as well.
